During the 5th week of training once known as "Team Week" but now labeled as Interior Guard, recruits take a break from constant training to break into small groups called fire teams and tackle odd jobs around the depot, learning to function independently as a platoon.
The sixth blossom in every 13-week bouquet celebrates the emergence of teamwork within the platoon that begins to solidify during the second month of training.
