Each Marine recruit is assigned to a Recruit Training Battalion. 1st RTBN includes four companies: Alpha, Bravo, Charlie and Delta. Their battalion color is red.
The 4th blossom in every Bootcamp or Moto Monday Bouquet represents this "family" with whom the recruit lives, trains and graduates.
