Used by every branch of the US Military starting in 1981 the Battle Dress Uniform was synonymous with "camouflage" for decades. The Marine Corps replaced this combat uniform with current use MARPAT in 2005. Known as "M81s", "BDUs" or simply "woodlands" this blossom celebrates Marines who served during this 24-year period.
